Romans ruins 1/2/3/are managed from acga SRLS , vat 15442751002, all the booking will be followed with an invoice
Romans 4 is managed from acga SRLS on behalf of Andrei Ciobanu, invoice is available on request
Cavour and loft are managed from Giorgio Angioni and are private apartment so invoice can't be possible but only receipt
If you choose to refundable policy, we collect 50% of the payment upon booking and 50% has to be paid up to 24h before arrival.
Refundable policy covers you up to 14 days before arrival with a full refund
If you cancel after 14 days before arrival, first payment will be kept as cancellation fee.
Refund will be processed within 10 days from cancellation
Not refundable option is 10% cheaper but payment will not be refunded in any case.
If you decide to use stripe or PayPal, we charge 2% extra due the heavy commissions of the providers
Check in time is from 3pm
We use self check in, documents and city tax are collected from our provider Vikey You will receive a link via email , once the link is completed new email will follow with all self access informations.
Documents info by Italian law , have to be sent from us to local police station
City tax by Italian law have to be received and then paid back to the council from us
City tax price is 3,50€ per person a day

Check out is until 10am with self check out method
If any belongings are forgotten inside the apartment, please make sure to let us know before 3pm, which is check in time of the following guests, once new guests are inside we are no longer able to help you
In case you decide to book airport/port transfer with us , once the booking is made, you can cancel it with reasonable time before the driver's arrival.
If you decide to don't take the transfer once the driver has already moved , you will have to pay full fee.
